Missouri Public Employer Labor Relations Association (MOPELRA) Membership Application

The Missouri Public Employer Labor Relations Association (MoPELRA) was formed to provide the highest standard of excellence in assisting and representing state, county, municipal, local, and school government in the area of labor relations and human resources. This is accomplished by providing educational programs and seminars for acquiring knowledge in the general arena.

Principal Membership (Annual Dues: $175) Open to any person elected or employed by a government jurisdiction including a school system or school board, who has primary responsibility for that jurisdiction’s labor relations administration and activity, exclusively on behalf of management.

Agency Membership (Annual Dues: $400)  Open to any agency of government, including intergovernmental organizations (but excludes agency memberships for participating entities). The agency membership includes up to 3 memberships with one person designated as the principal member.

Membership in MOPELRA includes joint membership in the NPELRA (National Public Employer Labor Relations Association).

Your completed application will be forwarded to MOPELRA, who will bill you direct.

Please read through the website carefully before submitting your application. When joining NPELRA, you are agreeing to purchase a 1-year membership; The commitment is for one anniversary calendar year, expiring the date you joined. NPELRA does not offer a refund for any membership. Membership can be transferred within an agency. If a duplicate payment, overpayment, or a payment error is made, funds will be automatically applied toward the next year's membership fees.
