Nevada Public Employer Labor Relations Association (NVPELRA) was formed for labor relations representatives of state, county and municipal governments, school districts, and special districts acting exclusively on behalf of management having either major responsibilities for negotiations or serving in the support function. Membership shall be open to law firms, consulting firms or persons retained by state, county or municipal governments, school districts or special districts to represent management interests exclusively in the area of labor relations.
When you join NVPELRA you receive joint membership in the National Public Employers Labor Relations Associations (National PELRA) an impressive network of state and regional affiliates with over 2,500 members around the country. The governmental agencies represented in National PELRA employ more than four million workers in federal, state, and local government.

NVPELRA/National PELRA membership connects you with colleagues across the United States and can be a valuable tool to your professional career. You will find that the more you participate and become involved on both the state and national levels, the greater the benefit your membership will be.



Active Membership $190 annually
Shall be open to any person employed full time by a state, county, federal, or municipal government; public corporation or authority; special district; public school system; college or university; who is assigned principal or subordinate responsibility for the employee relations function exclusively on behalf of management.

Affiliate Membership $190 annually
Shall be open to attorneys and consultants who are not employees of a public employer but who represent and actively work for the interest of public management and who solely represent and support the interest of management in employee relations matters.
